The story

Why I built this.

I spent years telling myself I'd get serious about fitness "when things slow down." I'm in my late 40s. A VP of Sales. Running a team, traveling constantly, and trying to be present for my family on top of it all.

Things never slowed down. They sped up. And by the time I realized it, staying in shape had become genuinely difficult.

I built this page because every fitness resource I found assumed you had 2 hours a day and a gym membership. I don't. Neither do you.

This is the page I wish existed — real routines, real nutrition advice, and honest talk about what it actually takes to stay in shape when you're running on back-to-back calls and hotel rooms.

No perfect before-and-afters. No hour-long workouts. Just what actually works for people like us.

The 20-Minute Rule
A 20-minute workout done consistently beats a perfect 2-hour program done sporadically every time. Imperfect and consistent wins.
The Preparation Principle
Preparation always beats willpower. Engineer your environment — if the best option at 3pm is chips, you're eating chips.
The Recovery Reality
After 40, recovery isn't optional — it's training. The executives who perform best at 55 treated recovery seriously at 45.
The Consistency Standard
Something is infinitely better than nothing. Showing up at 60% is the habit that compounds over months and years.
